BPI: Electronic Banking and ATM Downtime Advisory

Please be advised that there will be scheduled system maintenance on Friday, June 19, from 4 am to 8 am, and on Sunday, June 21, from 4 am to 8 am.

Clients will not be able to access our electronic banking services—Express Online, Express Mobile app, Express Phone, ExpressLink—during these times.

Clients will likewise not be able to use our ATMs, CDMs (cash-deposit machines) and POS terminals.

We encourage everyone to plan and complete their transactions, including cash withdrawals, ahead of this scheduled downtime.
