BPI Annual Meeting Of Urban Land Institute Philippines
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philippines unveiled the 10th edition of the “Emerging Trends in Real Estate Asia Pacific 2016” survey, which showed that the Philippines held steady in the investment rankings, with overall positive for major real estate sectors. Dennis Montecillo, BPI Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Segment Group said that the Philippine market in general is “sentimentdriven”, but has excess liquidity that would allow it to withstand external shocks such as the current economic unrest in China and interest rate hikes by the US Federal Reserve.
