“This closed beta test is very important to us because we know that our adventurers in Southeast Asia have been asking for this game for so long,” said James Heo, the COO of Pearl Abyss. “We want everything to run smoothly for all of our users and believe that beta tests are extremely important for a successful launch.”
Users can go to the official website and sign up for the CBT, create their own characters on the customization server and pre-order packages. Players can choose from a variety of pre-order packages with each package containing various items and bonuses to help get them started. Each package will include the game, which is not subscription based, so users can continue to enjoy gameplay after only one purchase. The packages offer unique mounts and items designed to enhance quality of life and exclusive pets. Pre-order benefits include a guaranteed spot in the CBT and early access to the game. Other benefits include the chance to reserve a preferred family and character names. Higher-tiered packages even offer a special in-game title that is meant to commemorate participation in the CBT.
