Bisdak Engineers Invade Dremel Roadshow
Engineering students from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and University of San Carlos showed their industrial prowess in the first Visayas leg of the Dremel Roadshow in Parkmall Cebu.
The young bisdaks enjoyed the hands-on activities and showed their engineering skills in activities including the Pinewood Car Derby Making and Race using Dremel Motosaw and rotary tools. Lucky student participants were able to relish the versatility and precision of Dremel rotary tools in handcraft activities like such as Glass Engraving, Frame and Mug Design contests, which showed their creative side among fellow engineering students.
As the leading makers of multi-tools, Dremel puts all of its consumers at the forefront by giving them quality products that are versatile yet compact. “We at Dremel believe that everyone is a maker in his own right. The participation of TESDA Cebu and the University of San Carlos in the Dremel Roadshow testifies that belief,” says Dremel Philippines Brand Manager Michelle Espinosa.
To thank its loyal patrons, Dremel will continue the tour across Visayas and Mindanao to complete its nationwide Dremel Roadshow and Power Tools Festival. The Dremel Roadshow concluded last August 21 to 23 for the Bosch Power Tools Festival at Handyman Bacolod and will head to Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro on August 28 to 30.
