Base Line Center Showroom Opens

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. recently opened their showroom which showcases the model units of the prime mixed-use project, the Base Line Center located at Juana Osmeña st., Cebu City. It will be a two-phase project with four towers. The first phase will include the Tower 1 which will house the Citadines Cebu City which will be managed by Ascott Limited and the Base Line HQ which will feature the office spaces, while the second phase will be for the residential units or the Base Line Premier.

It will also feature a commercial area for grocery store, restaurants, and retail outlets at the 2nd level, ground and the lower floors to cater to the needs of the residents, tenants and guests. This is just one of the conveniences that will allow residents and visitors luxury living and accessibility.

The showrooms will offer would-be buyers and unit owners a glimpse of how their units would look like. Whether it’s a studio type, with a room, combined-type unit or a loft-type unit, all of these residential units will be designed by Erfe & Associates, one of the country’s top architectural and interior design firms. And will only use world-class materials to give that modern and upscale look.
