Ayala Mall, Easy Taxi Unveils Electronic Taxi-Hail Booth
In exclusive partnership with Ayala Center Cebu, the world’s largest taxi booking application, Easy Taxi mobile app gives Cebuanos a hassle-free, world-class service experience of getting a ride fast and safe anywhere in the Metro.
The partnership strengthens the solution towards the need of taxi commuters who want easier access to cab transportation from Ayala Malls to any places within Metro Cebu area. Ayala Mall has installed an e-taxi service booth located at the mall’s Level 1 Expansion Bldg..Taxi passengers inside the shopping center can easily book a safe ride electronically at no cost.
“We put a premium on safety, reliability, and convenience hence we are going out of our way to bring the one of a kind e-taxi booking concierge on Ayala Center Cebu”, said Daniel Torres, Easy Taxi CEO for the Philippines.
The Easy Taxi app is a free of charge mobile application that can be downloaded via Google Play or Apple App Stores, which allows users to track a taxi’s recent location and access its essential information.
The app allows user to download the Easy Taxi for free, confirm a pickup point, and book a cab with just one click.
To decrease passengers’ waiting time in locations where there are high demands for taxis, the new “tip driver” feature was added to motivate drivers to prioritize Easy Taxi users. This feature also allows passengers to bid for the nearest taxi and skip waiting for the next available cab.
Aside from Ayala Center Cebu, Easy Taxi also disclosed its partnership with the Land Transportation Franchise and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to help the government agency’s campaign for the safety of women passengers.
