SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 415 km E of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.5N, 129.5E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.
FORECAST:
Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Occidental Mindoro and Palawan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the West to Northwest will prevail over Visayas and from the Southwest to South over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
