SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,000 km E of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.0N, 134.8 E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.
FORECAST: ccidental Mindoro, Palawan and the Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the West to Norwest will prevail over Visayas and from the Southwest to South over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
