Artist Ko Presents Vispop 2.0 Finals Night

Artist Ko, the successful production that brought you the first Visayan Pop Songwriting Campaign last year returns with Vispop 2.0 Finals Night this June 24, 2014.

Vispop songwriting campaign contest began introducing last year a more professional and competitive playlist of Cebuano songs on the radio with winners such as “Balay ni Mayang”, “ Laylay” and “Duyog.”

From a crop of 110 songs, this year’ s Vispop promises to do more with 6 new songs from different artists.

The finalists are :

“Intergalactic Gugma”, is written by Keith and Kaye Dinauto and is performed by Tony Alfonso and Kaye Dinauto.

“Imong Bayani”, is written by Michael Vincent Tuico and is performed by Ralph Mallapre.

“Labyu Langga”, is written and performed by Jerika Teodorico.

“Habak”, is wriiten by Gasser Perez and performed by Bien Lobetos.

“Dili Pa Panahon”, is written by Kenneth Corvera and performed by Freon ft. Kenneth Corvera.

“Kasikas”, is written by Johnever Cantom and performed by Mike Fegi.

All 6 songs were judged from lyric construction, concept of the song, and whether the songs represent the whole Bisaya community to the world.

Vispop 2.0 is also brought to us by Cebu Business Month 2014, MOR Cebu 97.1 Lupig Sila and FILSCAP.

Tickets are sold at P200, P300 and P500. Shows starts at 7:30 pm at SM Cinema One.
