FORECAST:
Then province of Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
