SYNOPSIS: Tail-end of a Cold-Front affecting the Eastern section of Southern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the Eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.

FORECAST:
Samar provinces will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers

Light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast will prevail over whole Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
