Angkas, Motorcycle Taxis Resumes Operation
Angkas is allowed again to operate after Department of Transportation (DOTr) approved the 6-month pilot run of the draft regulations for motorcycle taxis.
DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade signed the general guidelines for the Pilot Implementation of Motorcycles Taxis on Friday, May 10, 2019.
Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) 7 and Land Transportation Office (LTO) 7 will supervise and regulate the operation of Angkas in Central Visayas.
