Due to the Tropical Storm Ruby (Hagupit), the following service recovery option is available for all passengers with flights going to/from Manila, Cebu, Puerto Princesa, Tagbilaran & Kalibo from today till 8 December 2014:

1. Move to the next available flights to the same route without any charges for travel until 17 December 2014 or from 5 – 30 January 2015

As of the moment, all AirAsia Philippines flights (PQ & Z2) are operating as scheduled.
