Acer Launches C720 Chromebook with Haswell CPU
Acer has officially unveiled the Chromebook C720 , a new 11.6-inch, Haswell-powered ultraportable device.
The C720 is 30 percent slimmer than the company’s previous Chromebook, which measures only 0.75 inches thick and weighs just 2.76 pounds.
Other specs include a 4GB of DDR3L memory and uses an Intel Celeron 2955U processor based on Haswell technology. It has 16GB of local SSD storage along with 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi.
The C720 Chromebook has an 11.6-inch anti-glare widescreen, with a 1,366×768 pixel display and 8.5 hours of battery life.
The C720 is already available for pre-order at Amazon for $249.99.
