Globe Apologizes for Service Interruption
Globe Telecom apologizes after Globe subscribers were inconvenienced by a service interruption earlier today, April 12, 2019.
Globe subscribers experienced almost 7 hours of internet and data service loss.
“We apologize for the data/internet service interruption that happened from 1:30 am to 8:00 am today,” Globe said in an advisory.
“The interruption was caused by a server issue,” Globe said.
Globe Telecom advised to reset their mobile devices and modems to reboot their numbers on Globe System. (ASC)
