SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front (TECF) is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Northeast monsoon is affecting the rest of Luzon.
FORECAST: Western and Eastern Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TECF. Central Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with rough seas. Moderate winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate.
