But there were three alleged witnesses who saw Carilllo reportedly struck Pugoy’s head with a stone.
Carillo already showed up before the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) homicide section after the policemen invited him to appear for an investigation into the matter.
After he went out of the homicide section, Carillo denied the accusations against him, saying “Miresponde ra ko sa gubot. Ngano gud nga manghapak man ko’g bato, pusilon na lang unta nako kon gusto pa ko.”
He said there was only a miscommunication that is why he was being accused as the one who lobbed the boy’s head with a stone.
