SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 325 km East of Guian, Eastern Samar (11.1N, 128.7E). Northeast Monsoonaffecting Luzon.

FORECAST:
Eastern and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the LPA. Western Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast monsoon.

Strong to gale force wind from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, and the coastal waters will be rough to very rough. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Visayas and Occidental Mindoro and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
