3 Cebu Graduates Land in LET Top 10

Three graduates from Cebu, including two from a state college, landed in the Top 10 in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) held on November 28.

Ian Christian Cosido, a summa cum laude graduate, placed fourth with a rating of 89.2 while Flordeliz Joy Pansag placed ninth with a rating of 88.20 percent.

Both graduated from the Cebu Normal University (CNU) in Cebu City.

Javee Cose Armamento, a graduate of the University of San Carlos (USC), also in Cebu City, placed eighth with a rating of 88.4 percent.

CNU’s College of Education dean Dr. Filomena Dayagbil said she was happy with the results.

She said they expected it since they’ve produced several topnotchers over the years.

“It’s an affirmation and we are so proud. It is normal for us to produce topnotchers,” she said. (PNA)LAP/EB/EBP
