Tempo Launches New Menu

Positive and great changes are taking place at Tempo Restaurant’s table since the arrival of their new Executive Chef Joachim Felber.

Tempo is a Pan-Asian restaurant, located at Crimsons Resort and Spa, Mactan, Cebu. It captures the perfect ambiance for intimate gatherings or romantic meetings, and embraces the classy yet relaxing atmosphere of the Crimson resort. It is the perfect place where you will be serenaded by soothing lounge tunes with nature’s hues while enjoying a world food flavors.

On June 16, 2015, with Crimsons Resort Manager, Kristofer Quadros and F&B Manager, Lorenzo Sabatini, together with the help of their award winning Executive Chef Joachim Felber, Tempo introduced new menu for their lovely customers.

Through the exceptional talent of Executive Chef Joachim Felber, he created a new menu for Tempo that includes Seafood Bouillabaisse-a fresh seafood partnered with a grilled bread and sauce rouille; Ravioli of Crab -mixed with chili and parsley cream; Oven Roasted Snapper -a fish partnered with broccolini, sweet corns salsa and garlic cream sauce; Crispy Pork Belly -partnered with green pea puree and pan seared scallops; and Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks –a meaty beef partnered with glazed vegetables and red wine.

And also with the help of Pastry Chef Edgar T. Daclan, he prepared a satisfying dessert that includes Coconut Cream Brulee, Chocolate Pudding and Pavlova.

“To ensure the quality of the food that is being serve, as much as possible, I do it with myself. And also, before creating new dishes, I try to know their culture and eat different foods to get the taste of people especially the Cebuanos,” Executive Chef Joachim Felber said.

“My inspiration is to bring customer back… You know if you have good food, customers will come back”, he added.
