INMOTION Showcases Smart Features on Self-balancing Vehicle at CES 2015

Las Vegas — INMOTION, the emerging leader in the self-balancing vehicle industry for urban consumers, will showcase the upgraded, self-balancing vehicle, R2, at CES 2015. Compared to INMOTION R1EX, INMOTION R2 offers the consumers a better driving experience with more built-in functions and allows users to be more interactive with their vehicle.
Better Performance
With its new case design and powerful motor, INMOTION R2 has a higher ground clearance, which allows riders to climb inclines up to 24 degrees. Pioneering “Quick Gesture” allows riders to change modes without needing a key by simply moving the steering column side-to-side.
Fully Integrated Mobile App
An integrated smart phone application offers riders amazing new features such as the INMOTION fan network, preset routes, Geo-Fence and GPS location. The innovative Geo-Fence function allows INMOTION R2 to be programmed to prevent riders from driving outside of a designated area. This feature is especially helpful for parents by allowing them to limit where their child can ride the R2. The GPS location function includes a “find my R2” feature for lost or stolen vehicles.
Superior Design
INMOTION R2 incorporates the latest trends in exterior vehicle design with stylish trims and popular colors. The R2 is equipped with a flashlight, allowing riders to see their route in the dark. With its large battery, INMOTION R2 has the ability to cruise farther distances and yet weighs only 36 lbs (16.5 kg).
INMOTION products are all about the interactive experience. In addition to being used as personal transporters, the latest generation of products has been integrated with more entertaining features. The INMOTION family of products can receive and execute simple orders to realize more advanced functions making them the smartest vehicles in their class.
