Claudia Zobel’s Corpse Still Intact After 29 Years

The body of the late actress Claudia Zobel was still intact even after her death 29 years ago.

The coffin of the famous sexy star of the Philippine cinema during the 80s Claudia Zobel, was opened on Tuesday by relatives and discovered the actress’ body were still intact. Relatives of Zobel supposedly wanted to transfer the actress’ bones to a smaller chamber, but were shocked when they saw her corpse almost un-decomposed. Claudia Zobel or Thelma Maloloy-on in real life, died in February 10, 1984 after she lost control of her Mitsubishi colt when its left front wheel hit an island gutter along Roxas blvd, Pasay City, flipped on the other side and went straight to the path of the oncoming vehicle.

The 19-year old Zobel, who hails from Mandaue City, was buried in the Queen City Memorial Garden Cebu, where it stayed for 29 years. As of this posting, her family has not decided yet if they would bury her back or place her elsewhere.
