Lapu-Lapu Fire Blazed 150 Houses
A fire incident broke out in Sitio Tacan, Barangay Ibo in Lapu-Lapu City on Sunday dawn.
The fire started at around 1am and was declared Task Force Bravo at 1:40 a.m. Authorities declared fire out at around 6:21 a.m.
150 houses were destroyed by the fire with estimated P400,000 worth of damage.
Meanwhile, another fire incident took place in Barangay Labogon, Mandaue City at around 4:30 in the afternoon.
The fire brought down a fiber glass factory and an apartment.
Fire Officer 1 Jonrey Olmillo of the Bureau of Fire Protection in Mandaue City said that they declared fire out around 6 in the evening.
Around P9 million pesos worth of damage were brought by the fire in Mandaue. (MLC)
