Metrobank’s “Meaningful Banking” Guarantees Customers’ Satisfaction

Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co.(Metrobank) guarantees customers’ satisfaction through the new communication campaign called “Meaningful Banking”.

The media conference was held at the I.T. Center 2 of Oakridge Pavilion last July 15 in Mandaue City.

“Meaningful Banking”, is how Metrobank aims to elevate its promise of “You’re in Good Hands” since the Bank was founded, our reason for being has always been to serve our customers extraordinarily well by helping them spot opportunities”, Metrobank stated in a press statement.

Head of Metrobank Visayas (Area 1) Lorna Tolentino said that since then, banking with Metrobank always gives their clients’ other opportunities.

“Our foundations always seek to provide opportunities to stakeholders, and that is the Filipino people,” Tolentino said.

Metrobank seeks further change and growth since their customers become more sophisticated and their needs evolve.

Metrobank also strongly commits to continuously improve their way of delivering “Meaningful Banking” in every step of the way.

Meanwhile, Head of Metrobank Area 3 (Northern Cebu and Palawan) explained that meaningful banking is yet another journey to provide new and relevant products and services that help fullfill their customer’s
purpose and dreams.

Metrobank also embraces Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs through giving back to the community.

One of the biggest CSR Programs of Metrobank is a scholarship program for qualified indigenous students who cannot afford a decent education. (MLC)
