E-Patrol Bus Benefits The Public
The Mobile Land Transportation Office or the “E-patrol bus” benefited the public by offering the same service as the actual Land Transportation Office (LTO) do.
The E-Patrol Bus traveled to different towns in the province of Cebu to make transactions easier.
People who wish to make transactions with the LTO will no longer have to go to the LTO office in Cebu City.
LTO-7 Communications Officer Mike Rollo said that around 10,000 individuals actually benefited from the E-Patrol Bus and almost 30 towns were visited by the bus to offer hassle free services.
The E-Patrol Bus travels to distant towns in the province and it will stay for about 2-3 days.
The E-Patrol Bus was considered as a one stop shop by the LTO.
LTO-7 Regional Director Victor Caindec said that they also wanted the E-Patrol Buses to visit certain barangay and schools for the transactions to be more comfortable and accessible.
The E-Patrol Bus offers registration for Student Permit (SP), car registration renewal and driver’s license renewal.
Fees for specific transactions are the same as of the actual LTO office. (MLC)
