6.6-Magnitude Quake Hits Tres Picos, Mexico — USGS
New York (PNA/Xinhua) — An earthquake measuring 6.6 on the Richter scale jolted eight kilometers southeast of Tres Picos, Mexico, at 19:49:56 GMT Thursday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 117 km, was initially determined to be at 15.8 degrees north latitude and 93.5 degrees west longitude.
