“More and more of these parties are being held all over the world,” says Hala Al-Madi, who works at Amnesty’s Canadian head office. “People are finding them fun, simple, and very flexible. The parties can be big or small, elaborate, or intimate. Just set yourself a fundraising target, invite guests and raise money through donations for tea and cake, or tea and sandwiches.”

Strength. Building strong and healthy bones is one of the many benefits that tea provides. The amino acids that tea inherently has can help form proteins in the body to build muscle, bone, skin, and hair.
