3 Men Killed in Buy-Bust Op in Talisay
3 men were killed after firing at police officers conducting a buy-bust operation at Sitio Mananga 2, Brgy. Tabunok, Talisay City last October 17, 2018.
Around 4 a.m., Operatives from Talisay City Police conducted a buy-bust operation in the said area.
The targets for the operation namely Norberto Larigo, Ryan Mana-ay, and Clifford Garcia Rabago noticed that they were transacting with an undercover police officer and immediately fired at the operatives forcing them to shoot back.
The incident resulted to the death of Largo, Mana-ay and Garcia.
The police recovered three pistols used and some plastic packs of believed to be shabu in the crime scene.
Prior to this, a shooting incident also happened last October 12 in Sitio Ranger, Barangay Biasong, Talisay City were 3 people were shot dead including a garbage collector believed to be hit by a stray bullet. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
