19-level Building Tops off in IT Park

Cebu-based leading homegrown real estate developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) topped off its first 19-storey office building project, the Park Centrale, in Cebu IT Park.

According to CLI Chief Operating Officer jose Franco Soberano, the Park Centrale will be completed and can fully operate by the end of the second quarter this year.

The Park Centrale, a 100-percent office building, will hold office penthouses, flexible office condo layouts and provisions for BPO operations that will house 50 locators composed of retail establishments, a bank, law and accounting firms, and BPO offices.

The 19-storey building’s ground floor will be occupied by well-known restaurant outlets, a convenience store and major bank. While, parking spaces are located from second to fourth floors, aside from the basement.

CLI President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III announced that the CLI will have its headquarters at the 10th floor of the building.

Building designs and features

Aside from being the only developer to provide its own offices in IT Park, Park Centrale boasts of a premium-designed project integrating green building standards with energy-efficiency systems and architecture, natural light ventilation and strong air circulation.

This year, CLI will be launching its mid-cost 10-hectare residential property in Minglanilla. Also, the company is set to complete the 1,2 and 3 buildings of Mivesa, and Midori Plains.
