160 Youth Volunteers Come to Aid Landslide Victims

Multiple organizations came and gave donations to the evacuees of the Naga Landslide on Sunday, September 23, 2018.

One of the organizations that gave relief goods were youth volunteers from Student Alliance for a Christian and Real Education under Democracy (SACRED).

Over 160 youth volunteers helped packed and distributed relief goods to evacuees of Naalad Elementary School in Naga City, Cebu.

Volunteers from SACRED gave 200 relief packs to 200 families, inclusive were canned goods, shampoo, biscuits, toothpaste, bath soap, and detergent bar. They also gave blankets, clothes, hygiene kits and toys for kids.

SACRED coordinated with the DSWD of the Naga City to organize the giving of relief goods to the victims. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
