SYNOPSIS: Easterlies affecting the country.

FORECAST: Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorm due to Easterlies. The rest of Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. While, light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
