15 Davao Players In PH National Team Tryouts

Fifteen boys and girls from Davao City made it to the Under 14 national training pool slated next month.

Davao Football Association (DFA) president Erwin Protacio said five boys will join the training camp at the PFF Regional Center in Valencia, Bukidnon.

They are Nicholas Carlo Chavez, Rapahel Cesar Balan, Resty Loyddela Cruz, Amir Andre Amaikurut and James Paje.

Ten girls from the DFA will also join their separate training at the same venue on April 1-3.

They are Yunika Maria Angala, Alessandra Ysabel Aquino, Renabel Camangyan, Lianne Marie Co, Denise Angela Diamante, Julien Meredith Mirto, Shanelle Charllyne Ostan, Melanie Pamisa, Jessica Marie Pido and Julianna Raine Taojo.

The girl’s tryout is part of the national team selection that will see action in the AFC tournament set on May 31 to June 5 in Vientiane, Laos while the boys will form part of the national team that will compete in the AFC U14 Regional Festival of Football 2016 on July 18 to 31 in Brunei Darussalam.
